Windows 7 Gadgets Broken
I am unable to instal or add Gadgets my existing ones work fine, but I can't add any more. I have run various mr fixit and other googled solutions to no avail. This started when "All CPU meter" froze and I uninstalled it. after reseting sometimes I can add one gadget but no more after that.
Does anyone know a fix?
P.S. Gadgets works on the guest accountLast edited by waynezo; May 8th, 2012 at 02:44 PM.

A system restore to before-> "All CPU meter" froze happened would be a good thing to try.

It sounds like the old method of deleting your account, and starting a new one would work also.

Thanks for the Quick Responses. I was able to fix it by renaming the .ini file in the Gadgets folder.
