HP Laserjet Color CP4025 Prints Only One Envelope

Hey all:

My HP Laserjet Color CP4025 is only printing one envelope, then the rest are blank.

We are using Word and a database. Word pulls in the names and addresses.

The envelopes are being printed from the envelope feeder (Tray 1). The envelopes feed through just fine, it is just that after the first envelope, the rest are blank.

We used a Laserjet 5 before this, we just upgraded yesterday.

Any ideas? I have tried a different driver as well.

Just for kicks, have you tried printing to the letter tray with letter paper?

Yes, that worked just fine. It is just the envelopes that are giving us a pain.

It might have something to do with it having to be fed through Tray 1 (the manual feed essentially). But idk. Time to go battle with it again.
