Ebay recently purchased paypal. So maybe NOW we can finally have a more reliable payment service. |

I wonder if it's really worth that much in stock or if it's a 'little' over hyped? |

On one hand they get a large installed base of paypal customers AND keep thier own Billpoint customers. But an outlay of that much money(even if its "only" stock) is a real kick in the a$$.
But I wont REALLY worry. I think Ebay is going strong, and inspite of the problems, will eventually become another great company. |

Hype or no, PP represents a system that can function, and has been functioning adequately in most cases... things like that make PP fairly attractive. But the price..... what's up with that?

| Well judging by the latest crap being done in the corporate world it's now natural to be skeptical at the value of any business and the profits it makes. |

| Uh-huh.... big ten four to that! Nothing is the bargain which it might be presented as, I guess. |
