I don't know if they're a standard item. You may have to get one from the manufacturer. Of course, you could try the local thrift shop and see if you can find a cheap old monitor of the same brand. BTW, can you read this? hehe |

Hehe yeah I can read it. I'm on a different machine atm I didn't even think about taking one from another monitor. I might just have one laying around. Will have to take a look. |

I had to get mine from the manufacturer of the monitor, it cost something like $40.
*edit* I tried one from a different monitor and the pinout was not the same. |

Try www.cablesonline.com . I'm sure if it's a 15 - pin D-sub standard VGA cable, they will have one for a lot less than $40.
A lot of them are connected inside the monitor itself ; if so, that
might get tricky. . .be careful.

It's a Phillips / Magnavox 17". MB7000 manufactured in 1997. Anybody know if they make a replacement connector for the end of the cable? I could just cut about a foot off too. |

You'd have to know what color wire goes with what pin. The color coding is probably not the same. |

I've got several. If interested, I can take a pic of the connectors to see it matches yours. |
