Odd Computer Crash

I was playing codename outbreak and my PC kept on freezing. So
I reinstalled the game. While it was installing I accross the road to my friend to get something. After an hour or so i came back and found that my screen was off and my pc was making a wierd buzzing sound out the internal speaker. So I restarted ... but my screen flickers on then goes off. the internal speaker sound like its picking up static and the 'Hardive' light stays on. I disconnected the drive (Primary Slave) the light goes off now but still my screen stays of. Even my keybourd lights arnt working.
I have an AMD 750

Motherbourd MS - 6340
Micro ATX VA Mainboard
It supports AMD K7 processor with 3dNow Tech.

Im usualy able to fix PC problems but this is a first of this type of problem....Please Help... any Advice

First check if your energy saving features have been modified. Right click on your desktop, choose properties then screen saver, go to energy saving features then click settings. Check your computer's power schemes (should be always on) then look at always on power scheme settings - system standby should be at never, turn off monitor should be at 15 minutes, turn off harddisk should be at never. Then click OK.
If that doesn't work check your computer's memory - memory problems usually do that. And check for viruses with a good antivirus utility.
