Virus problem

I got a virus and it cant be repaired quartined or deleted.
The file with the virus is msrexe.exe and the virus is backdoor.jeem

Ok, then just delete the infected file. It is just the virus file and is safe to delete. Just use norton to do that and reboot and do a second scan to confirm the virus is gone.

Yeah but its a windows file

The file D:\WINDOWS\system32\msrexe.exe is infected with the Backdoor.Jeem virus.

IT IS NOT A WINDOWS FILE. It is a file witha fake name. Just get rid of it.

I just ended it in my windows task manager and nothing happened except for it that it stopped

Like I said DELETE the file. Not stopping the service in the Windows Task Manager. Use Norton to ensure the delete is successful.
