| PoP ups
I hate PoP ups you know ,,,those the ones from messenger service!!!!!!! In the middle of an eagle putt on the 17th hole and ,,,BANG ,,,off you go to your desktop to read a message on how to pay and stop this pain in my stroke.Now i have heard that there is a way to stop these anoying things "No software needed" i imagine that it will be clicking on that right setting in that discrete spot, that i would never think to look . ButI have faith in you ,,i know you know the answer cause you've never failed me yet !!! so please help once again ,,,oh ya i ended up with a dbl boogie and lost the round ,,, ,,,,,,,  #&@$%* PoP ups ,,,,,,,

Wow! Thanks Martoch!
I've switch to WindowsXP in the past few months, and since then for some reason I have been getting some of those weird pop-ups... Now I am free!

Alternatively you can use the freeware version of www.zonealarm.com and stop incoming messenging.

I have used Zonealarm on and off in the past several years... |

Not the exact person you asked... but I think that ZoneAlarm is the best firewall there is for windows. The free version is no less secure than the deluxe (paid version), it just has fewer features.
It seems to be updated pretty frequently...
