Cant Access ftp.web1000.com

Im trying upload to some webspace using the web1000 ftp
It keeps asking for a username and password, i keep entering it (correctly) and it says cant access this folder make sure your username and pass are ok , (they are)

Is web1000 ftp down or something????

I tried also with ws ftp and to no avail......
