connecting 2 winmx
i had winx downloaded then all of the sudden it quit so i redownloaded it and know when it tries to matchitself to my internet connection it says it says winmx is unable to make outgoing tcp connections can anyone help

You need to configure your firewall ports to match Winmx's configuration. By default : TCP 6699 and UDP 6257.
You can skip the connection test and still connect, it's just that you will not be able to share with others.

You may try with the firewall disabled. If it works this way, then you have made a mistake in your firewall ports configuration.
