Press PrintScrn on your keyboard. Open up an image editing program (or any program that can paste bmp's) and press Ctrl + v.

you mean upload to your webspace? you need a FTP program for that! like WS_FTP!

I take it you are using the free web space included with your ISP account?

Check out their web space page for instructions. They might have their own upload utility. They might allow external FTP.

Some ISP's don't allow offsite linking so if you are going to post a pic in this forum, try uploading a pic to your web space and use your own addressbar to view it once it is on your web space. No picture, no offsite linking, no linking from other sites.
