Smbus driver

I built a machine with a BioStar P4TDK mainboard, a Pentium 4 2.4G processor, Santa Cruz sound card, and ATI AIW 8500 Radeon video card. I disabled onboard sound. After installing Windows XP Pro, I get an unknown device with the listing SMbus and a request for the drivers. I've looked at the mainboard CD and the sound card CD. What is this SMbus? Where do I start looking for the drivers?

SMBus is the System Management Bus defined by Intel® Corporation in 1995. It is used in mobile and desktop personal computers for low-speed communication in the system.

I see references to video cards and SMbus drivers. Not to ATI per se but check your ATI cd.
