nvidia desktop explorer wont delete
somehow i ve been blessed with a "desktop explorer" with a nvidia symbol on the desktop. it does absoulutly no good when clicked upon. but it also wont delete either.
i go to windows explorer and click on it and it gives me all of the desktop items.
it is not listed under add/remove programs
any suggestions about how to rid my overcrowed desktop of this critter??

One way that might get rid of it is:
Start>Run>MSCONFIG
then Startup and find the program that starts up with the desktop.
Another way is to right-click on desktop>properties>settings>advanced button and go from there, there should be a set of nVidia menus (depending on the program that was installed - with drivers) that can help you out there.
