I'd go with a bigger PSU if it will be running the koolance and the computer. I've ran a koolance on a True450 and had some stability problems when burning cd's from the hard drive and such. A friend of mine uses a True550 which I think is overkill, but better more than less.
Also, I've seen the audigy for less, as well as that hard drive. If you have an old floppy lying around, use it. The technology hasn't changed since they started using the 3.5's.
I'd shop around for the monitor also. I just got a 17" NEC Ap-grille for under a hundred shipped after instant coupons and what-not.
If you plan to overclock, get a chipset cooler. Without the air from the CPU's hsf passing over it, the chipset tends to get very hot preventing overclocking.
All-in-all, you are building yourself a very nice system.
