what are ram capabilities of dell 8300?

The new Dell 8300 comes with dual channel ddr pc 2700 ram. Will it also be able to use ddr pc 3200 ram and take advantage of this faster ram? I thought maybe it could since the 8300 seems to have the same chip as the new Dell XPS.
Please help, I am trying to decide whether or not to buy the 8300.

Here's what I came up with from Crucial.
