I tried this and it didnt work, its been a right pain. I was happy to see it worked for so many people and was convinced it would work for me. Im gonna get the user to reboot their PC but it didnt work after I registered it.

Solution worth your weight in gold!
Bless your cotton socks! This solution did it for me!
I went to a client with a Lexmark X73 Multifunction printer and all of a sudden (read "after installing some Windows update or other") whenever he tried to print an e-mail from Outlook Express or Outlook he'd get that script window. He could print Word documents without problem. Anything Internet related spat out the script error.
I ran your solution after updating Java, cleaning all I could clean, and searching all over the Internet.
