Restricted sites.

ok geocities was a site i also could go to on IE, but now its not. and i get this restricted sites all of a sudden at the bottom but on aol i can go to it. and when i open internet options > Security> restricted websites> sites and i see all this crap put into there, it has like *.whatever.com and so on, and im trying to figure out how do i delete all at once instead of 1 by 1. i must have deleted 300 in just 2 hours straight by clicking. ??

well that is a xupiter spyware program you need to run adawre or spybot or something as for the other it says remoe all doesn't it?? just remove all of them and delete all that xupiter stuff and all should be good?

edit: my mistake i was looking at the wrong settings there is no remove all but can you drag down the list and delete blocks at a time??
