I like to use NTI CD-maker pro over nero beacuse nero makes all the files in all caps. And NTI cant find my burner. In the drop down box where you pick your writer it only has NTI CD image writer. I have reinstalled it a few times and still the sam.

In Nero, to avoid the all caps problem, just go to the ISO tab of the new cd dialog before creating a cd and choose ASCII for character set. This will fix the ALL CAPS PROBLEM.
