P133 Packard Bell - 33.6 modem drivers needed

Yes the title is correct. I'm looking for modem drivers for a Packard Bell Legend Supreme 1100. This is an extremely powerful P133 with an over abundance of ram, with 16mb of EDO ram and a proprietary 33.6 modem. The modem is a seperate card but it is not connected via a standard ISA or PCI slot. In Windows 98SE it shows up as a "Packard Bell 33.6 DBF". Does anyone have drivers for this antique or know where I can get some?

It would help a geat deal if you could find some info off the card like numbers or names on the chips, etc.
