| Kazaa Audio Download Problem
I use the program Kazaa lite and I have been Having some trouble with the audio files ive been downloading. Every sond ( except for one) has after about 10 to 15 starts to make a static noise and it doesnt play the music (even though the music still is running in windows). I just updated my Sound Blaster Live drivers anyone have any sugesstions ?

So your saying it plays in windows and not kazaa, or doesnt play at all? For me, they wont play at all until they are completely d/led. Also, realize their are lots of bogus files the RIAA has put up there.

if ur getting static thats the bootleg version, u will need to find the better version usually if i encounter that i download the other options till i get my good copy and delete the rest

Like stated above, Kazaa is being targeted by the RIAA & those are bogus files
they have posted. This will only get worse, your best bet is to try one of the many
other p2p programs. Have a look at this link with most of the p2p’s out there & info

I am also getting the same problem. This just started happening lately just this month. I try to convert the file to a lower bit rate but doesnt work, cant convert. |

| annoying noise, isn't it?
It's the really nasty noise that lasts the whole song from after about ten seconds, right? If so, try downloading from only one source. That should fix it. If not, sorry, and good luck. |

I suggest going to another P2P service as well. DON'T let other people download the bogus files! The RIAA has decoys that have tracking abilities, and what not.
They may not have the best business tactics, but they do have a general clue on what's going on.  |
