How Can I Remove A Fake Internet Start-site ?

Hi,

The Internet start-site which I installed on my PC is Yahoo.com. But since about 3 weeks ago it changed mysteriously from Yahoo.com to Global Finder.com. I have tried many times to change it back to Yahoo.com, but no way, Global Finder.com keeps coming back again and again.

Please does anyone know what that is and what I can do to remove the annoying Global Finder start site from my PC.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hmm.... just off the top of my head, it might be related to some spyware/adware on your PC. Try downloading Ad-aware, it does a great job of finding and eliminating spyware/adware.

I use,adware, along with, google
I prefer the google one vs spybot. Spybot pops up a screen whenever it blocks something, not in google.

Ad-aware personal Edition build 181 is the lastest then update it, and u'll be all good. also check for virii.
