Why doesnt this WORK?????????

My games always crash and make the computer restart. I have all the drivers updated on my video, soundcard, and games and its still doesnt work.
dell 4400

420 watt okia atx power supply
p4 2.0 @ 1.97
msi geforcefx5600 o/c to 375/647
dimm 4400 a6 motherboard from intel 4x agp
my comp. always reboot for games like nba live 2003 , nhl 2004, ghostrecon, morrowind, nfs porshe unleashed, but not mohaa, or max payne. Why does my computer do this? And not w/ the other games......i just put in a new power supply cuz my other one was a 250 w. my vid card before was a gf2mx400 and all the games worked....jst went slow... Someone please HELP??? REPLY

its the cpu over heating i think.... just opened the case and the heatsink very hot like over 100 if i keep my case open the computer doesnt reboot. is there a way i can buy another fan that will work for the dell 4400?
