    possible hardware error

    possible drivers error

Does your SERVER have updated drivers from the manufacturer for 2003?

Please for the love of god tell me you checked before migrating a production system to 2003!

Please post you exact hardware specs and model number.

Its easier to know that when us Techimo'ers try to figure things out.
