Your gaming standards are obviously on the low side... 20 fps is no where near smooth, and most gamers want to play their games with a resolution of ATLEAST 1027x768... A lot of people want 60 fps during idle-normal game play, so that when the heavy action happens, it doesn't drop to a level that makes the game unplayable.

ok got my monitor running at 75Hz and i just ran Jedi academy at 1024X768 with all the other bells and wistles turned on and i think i dropped down to the 40s that doesnt seem to bad
