Password Recovery Program

Has anyone use the W2k/WinXP password recovery program from www.lostpassword.com? How's the program?

I've have their Passware Kit 5.0. I haven't used the W2K/XP password recovery part, but I know it requires physical access to the machine. I also know their is a separate tool for rsetting password for Domain Admin. account.

Other parts of this product that I have used worked well.

At work here we use a program called system commander 2003 that lets you boot to a cd and change the passwords of a NT machine
