on my computer?

simple step by step how to would be nice.

Do you mean in a Network or in ur your computer but different accounts.??

install an ftp server on your computer that will give a user access to the folder that you want them to access.

2)Open all your ports
3)Right click and share your hardrive
4)post your username, password, and IP address here

what os and who is going to access these foleders(other users same pc, another pc on the network, a pc on the internet)
