    Webpage Design

Why is it when I go to www.newegg.com or any other website it fits perfectly in the screen no mater what resolution I look at it. But yet when I made my website I looked at it in 1024x768 and it was off the screen and I had to scroll over. Is there a way to fix this and I dont have anything bulging out to the side.

The use of tables set with percentages works well. That way the end users machine will scale the page.

    Cheers!

Oh! And when designing, set your screen resolution to 800X600.

    Cheers!

Shadow - Beemer's answer is the correct one.

One way to find out is to look at the source of a site you want to mimic some element of. to see what they are doing to accomplish it.

    I hope this is helpful.
