| how to share internet dial up access
...to a standard user of a win2k machine.
when i use a standard user account, i cant seem to find the dial up shortcut to the isp which was created by the administrator. if i create one within the user account and dial, the system locks up or becomes unstable. is there any work around to this?
i want to restrict people from using my administrator account when i am not in the house.. just to avoid misuse.
next question if i install a new program using the admin account, how do i specify that every user can use that program. because not all proggy that i installed is placed in the 'all user' folder.
i still cant do much with win2k but i like this OS. any help please... thanks. |

Have you tried entering the Admin account, and just creating shortcuts to the already made connections, and placing them on the user's desktop? (drive:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Desktop) |
