A problem with the set home page

My brother has a problem. Every time he goes online it changes his homepage that he has set. I don't know what to tell him...

What OS? I'll show you how to keep your home page set permanently if he has 2K/XP.

Have him run Adaware & Spybot, #'s 2 and 6 on this list:

Start--Run, type gpedit.msc (group policy editor, VERY powerful tool)
