ETC program DOS & Windows issue

I have this ETC program that runs in DOS, running on a Windows 95 computer and for some reason it wont print any more. The printer is a Brother MFC 3100 and I cant find drivers for it in DOS, but the program only runs in DOS. I have another computer running WIndows XP, can I simly move all the data to the Windows XP machine and then install the printer and run the DOS program in windows xp?

I either have to fix the printer issue with DOS or move the application to windows XP, please help!!!

Can I just find a compatible printer driver for that printer in DOS? I was using a generic pritner driver before but it doesn't seem to be working now, all it does when I press F5 to print is go back to the main screen. there's no printing progress bar shown or anything.

btw, ETC is a time tracking program for employees I think it's made by qqest.com or that company.

Just a heads up Winxp emulates DOS, so there is no real dos.

you could try to use compatiblity mode to try to make the program work in winxp. You will want to look at the programs website to see if works in xp
