Hello. I was wondering if anyone knows how to make my website to be veiwed by all resolutions. Because now it is in 1024x768. And if you have your resolution set to 800x600 it throws things kind of out of proportion. Any help would be much apprecited. check the site out to see what i mean www.FallingNorth.com

yes in the hieght and width put percentages instead of fixed pixil sizes for example

height = "100%"

this will then resize to the full height of any screen resolution

Set your screen res to 800x600 and design away. The standard res is still 800x600. I use a main table set to 93% width.

Instead of New Windows appearing with link clicks, place a navigation menu on the left of each page. This will help to fill the page and a new window isn't necessary if the link leads to another page on your own site. Off-site linkage should be made to open a new window so your site doesn't get disregarded through successive clicks away from your page.
