| Photoshop Help (stoopid photoshop!)
Some how my settings are all jacked up! I cant access all the filters from my filter menu. I only see a few available like Blur, Noise, Sharpen and stylize. I cant figure out what happened. I thought it might be that it was on 8 bit not 16 bit but changing that didnt work. I thought it could be cmyk color so I changed to rgb and that didnt work. Can someone tell me what happened and more importantly how to fix it. This is PhotoshopCS for the mac btw. |

Maybe try uninstalling and re-installing?
Or is it possible to magically return it to its default settings? |

So are you on 8 or 16-bit? Not all the filters will work with 16-bit. Unless you're a professional trying to produce SUPER high resolution images, don't use 16-bit. It is overkill and will eat much more memory than Photoshop normally eats (which is already a lot).
With an image set to 8-bit and RGB color, all filters should be available. If they aren't then make sure you're not in Quick Mask Mode or on a Layer Mask.

BTW, I reported it by clicking on the report broken link thing at YOUR site. Maybe you should get your site working properly. Just a thought. |

"Oh you need some help, well I'm not gonna help you unless you ask at the proper address, but I'm not gonna tell you what the proper address is."
