i made some gif animations with animation shop 3 ( free trial) and i changed
the framrates to speed up the file. when viewing the animated file in animation shop it runs at the speeds i set it to when i select view animation, but once i save the file as a gif then open it, and view it through windows the gifs always play the same speed. i even made an html page with the gif and it played at the same speed. any help here?
