    In Dreamweaver, I forgot how to create frames... Someone should know I'm sure....

    hey there man.. no prob.. check it.. =)

    Click on View.. then go down to View Aids.. and under there.. u should see the option unchecked.. Frame Boarders.. just click on it to check it.. then you will see the frame boarders pop up around the open window.. Now just move your mouse over the little grey bars.. and a dragging black bar should pop up.. just click and grag.. u just created a frame..
