How to curve text in Photoshop?

I'm working on some t-shirt designs and I'd like to be able to curve text, as if it was written on a circle instead of a line. Can anyone help me?

Alternative I'd like to b able to change stretch text, for example make one end of the word appear bigger.

If you convert the text into a vector you can change however you like.

Well your first option would be to leave it as text and use the text warp feature. You can make the text arc, arch, bloat, wave, fisheye, etc. If that's not precise enough, and if you're using PS CS, then you can do "text on a path" and have your text follow any path you want. And finally you could change the text to shape and manipulate the vector shapes as MDS indicated. Here's that tutorial: http://www.worth1000.com/tutorial.asp?sid=161027

(oops he beat me to it. )

I need some more info on how to manipulate the anchor points like shown in:

http://www.worth1000.com/tutorial.asp?sid=161027&page=7

What I am trying to do to the text is create breaks in shapes. I've been able to bend shapes a bit and set new anchor points but not much besides that. To clarify what I am trying to do, I've uploaded a screenshot. Obviously, I'm trying to clean up the inside of that letter a, so it looks like above the K:

You could combine the letters.

Sorry but I have to take off to work and won't be back till this evening. If no one else has helped you by then, I can explain further tonight when I get home.

Combine the letters as in fill them? I'd rather keep them hollow...

No that's not what I mean. But what I was referring to is probably too complex so lets skip it. There's an easier way.

You want to give the illusion that some of the letters are on top of other letters, right?

Here's one way (of a few ways) to do that:

Let's say I have these letters:

And I want to make the "e" appear as if it's on top of the other two letters.
I could do that by simply
- duplicating the shape layer that contains these letter shapes.
- then deleting all the shapes on this new layer EXCEPT for the INSIDE part of the "e"...

- then change the color of that inside "e" to white. That will have a result that looks like this:

Thanks outpatient . I had some problems filling the insides, where the 9 pixel stroke got filled too, so the letter got thinner. So I just used the magic wand and pasted them letter by letter. Thanks again!
