Thanks guys, I am gonna mess around with frontpage and the dreamweaver free trial before doing anything permanent. I think godaddy will be fine for hosting too.

If you choose, do not listen to me, but I highly distrust FrontPage. At least in the older versions, it messed up HTML really badly, and was an overall pain in the butt. Perhaps they fixed this in older versions, but indubitably Dreamweaver is better. But go ahead, figure out which program fits you best.
