When I'm making a .gif and change the framerate, after I save it and test it out, it runs the framerate I changed it to on Firefox, but twice as slow on IE. Anyone know the problem?
I have been using PSP 9 for years and animation 3.11 at the same amount of time. I have the CD and in the past few months I've developed a problem. I create my tag or what ever in the PSP 9 save all my layers as *psp to go do my animation. I pull up my file and select all fix size or whatever speed I need. Then run it through the optimization wizard. What I get is (the specified file cannot be identified as a supportive type) in the middle of the page. When I first got it I deleted the animation program and it worked for a few months. Now it happening again and I deleted it and download it from my CD and it still wont work. Is it my PSP 9 Help! I need this for my work and I'm very upset about it. Boz
