Thread: photoshop help!

    Exclamation photoshop help!

    I'm working on a project that is due tomorrow and in the link below shows you what Im having trouble fixing. Like the blocks I made that i put beside each other is not smooth and i want it to look smooth. I circled the tool I used and circled the stuff that are not smooth.


    Please help! Btw I'm using Photoshop CS3 Extended Version.

    Maybe instead of bumping every 20 minutes you should play around with it and try to figure it out...

    I would try fiddling with which layer is on top and also doing some careful aligning of the shapes.

    they aren't aligned properly because you are beveling and embossing them. If you are trying to create one uniform shape the merge the additions with the existing layer you want it merged with then add the effects

    I was going to add that even if he beveled and embossed one layer, all he has to do is drag that layer to the new layer icon and it will create an exact copy with the effects. Then all he has to do is click the move button an use the "directional keys" on the keyboard to move it straight across from the position of the shape on the first layer. But, he already solved the problem....LOL
