Need Help on Choosing Lens Filters
Ritz Camera has a 33%-off deal if you buy 3 or more Quantaray filters. I have a $50 gift card, and I know I want a few filters, but I don't know which ones to get.
I have two different lenses: a 28-80mm zoom and a 70-300mm zoom. The 28-80mm has a 58mm filter attachment, while the 70-300mm has a 62mm filter attachment.
Is there any particular filter better for a smaller lens than a big? I figure with the 70-300, I'll be shooting more nature shots, so what filter would be best for that? I also assume I'll be shooting more indoor and closer-up type stuff with the 28-80mm.
Here's the filters they're offering: http://www.ritzcamera.com/help/filterDemo.htm#void
Thanks for any input.
