Help a member? Graphic Design, no pay.

Well, as some of you know I have been building a MAME arcade cabinet. I need to come up with a marquee design. My photoshop and creativity skills are lacking, as is my wallet, so I am appealing to you to help me out!
I need something 9.5" by 23" at 300 dpi minimum (only middle 8" visible). It is going behind the plexiglass at the top of this:

and will be backlit (printed on a semi-transparent plastic).

Since I am broke, all I can offer is the option to put your name or website in one of the corners as well as get credit on any site that I post pictures and how-to's on.

Also, since I know graphic designers hate nothing more than to waste time on an elaborate design without getting paid only to see it go unused, I ask that any submissions be a very quick sketch until we decide to go forward with it.

If any of you find you way near Penn State, let me know and I will buy you a couple beers as payment, and let you see the work.

If no one wants to do work for free, I understand. If, however, you are still interested and you can give a fellow member a cheap rate send me a PM and I might take you up on that if I get no other offers.

BTW, my server does shutdown every night for about 1-2mins at 12 midnight CST for backup.
