please give us some more information about your situation:
-what operating system are you running? is it Windows XP, or 2000, or what?

-are you an administrator user on your computer? if you are at home and you are the only person who uses the computer, then usually you are.

-is this the intel C&S camera pack 1.0 or is it 2.0?
-is this the USB or the PCI version?
