how do i get the person look like that. not the border thing
but like the effect that makes the person look unreal.
ive tried doin it but cant seem to get close. please heelpp =) |

Something that is similar or can be similar is: Take the photo 3 times, Change only the exposure, So take one picture @ proper exposure then take 2 more, one @ -2 and one @ +2. Then merger the three in any decent photo app that can combine the photos, you of course need a tripod and have the person not move, but the results give an almost animated feeling. http://www.hdrsoft.com/download.html

Easily done with certain brushes or a photo mask that is tiled over the layer.
