Really, if your in Winders, you have a program that can do it already.
Just add pics, add in music, and your done. It's the easiest thing I've found to use.
I believe it's called "Windows Movie Maker" or something to that affect.

I always thought it was an annoying program that's almost impossible to uninstall.

What you have on that website is Flash, not WinMovieMaker.
