Liquify Filter???
How did
www.cubadust.com
do the things that they can do?
Someone told me it was a liquify filter---where can you get this plug-in???---you judge if it is the filter for yourself. If anyone has some tips, that would be Sweet! ("What does yours say. Dude?")
I recommend any graphic artist go to this site.
Attached to this message is an example----

There are quite a few techniques in bothe those shots.
I can see several areas that it looks like they prob did use liquify.
BTW as far as I know liquify is an effect its located under image in Photoshop. When I have used it I always seem to get the best results with a light touch (and patience
)
Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it

Here's a tutorial that also includes liquify. Might give you a start.
I don't know if I see too much liquify in there. Some color dodge and color burn. Lots of layer and some gaussian blur.
Check out this link and the other tutorials on this site
