Memories on TV Photo Slide show users?

I have googled and basically decided that this app is the one that I want to buy and wondered if there are any users here.
I want :
1, User friendly
2. Normalization of audio so that it is consistent throughout
3. text ability to add
4. transition and audio Sync

Any member use this app. I have eliminated Photodex b/c of the large need of RAM.

Also am looking at this flv to video converter that is user friendly so that I can d/l Youtube video and audio and then just only audio to mp3 and use it in a slide show. I would appreciate comments.

The app appears user friendly and seems to do what I want. Any comments. I do realize that when I burn a Youtube dvd that the quality will depend on compression.
