    Photoshop not allowing me to pick colors?!

     
    Ok this is driving me nuts! all of the sudden, when i make a shape in photoshop cs3, no matter what color i have selected, it comes out as a white shape with a black edge/outline. it is not allowing me to use a color.

    Does anyone know what is wrong?

    Is your canvas set to Black and White? You can find out by going to Image > Mode and then looking what its set to

    Its set to RGB Color. i am soo stumped and it is starting to make me go crazy.
