    Adding Animated Images to Banners?

Hello everyone! I saw how active this site is and was hoping someone here could help me out.

I've been pulling my hair out working with Animation Shop 3. I am still new to the program and am learning things through trial and error. I made a animated image that faded out into more images, it keeps going for about maybe 350 frames. I want to take this image and add it to a banner I'm going to use on my Livejournal, problem is I only want a certain part of the banner to be animated.

But with Animation Shop, it wants to animate the entire banner (made it fade out like the image I had already created.) My goal is to make it look like a Polaroid (sp?) within the banner, does this make sense?

Any help anyone can offer me would be awesome, Thanks

You have to break up your banner into a few small images that will piece together on the web page to look like one image. You can then have just one of those small images be the animated gif.
