Photoshop: Importing Video Frames issue

Hey all, for some reason when I try to import video frames it won't show me a preview of the video. It just shows a blank white box. On the other hand. When I installed 3ivx this problem didn't occur. But my trial period with 3ivx is over and If I un-install 3ivx, I can't import and preview ANY vids through photoshop.

Any suggestions?

For any file type to be seen by any program on your computer you need that codec installed on your computer. Go to a codec download site to install that codec.
