    Post Custom Intro for Website

Alright people apologies if i've posted this in the wrong area.

Really could do with a little guidance.

I'm creating a website for a client of mine. They're a pretty big cleaning contracting company.

So, they have requested if possible for me to create an intro with like a hand holding a cloth cleaning the screen & eventually their company name appears thereafter.

Now i have searched everywhere to find out how to do this and ok my skills aren't too advanced for this specific aspect, which is why i thought i'd see if any of you could help me a little.

Normal web design is my thing, but little things such as what they've asked has made my chin drop to the floor lol.

Are there any types of fairly straightforward software out there?

Anyways i'll leave it at that and see if i receive a reply =)

    Many thanks dudes.

    Chris

you could create this in Flash then implement into your website, or maybe you could even do it with a GIF creator

    Hi Chris

Like darkertint said, you can use Flash or create a set of images and make it a gif.

I don't use flash on my site as I feel that Google will not be able to scan the text within a Flash file and it can frustrate visitors if your flash presentation takes to long to load. I rather not do a "intro" to a website but stick with normal PHP, CSS and HTML codes

Assuming you have a timeframe to do this for your client I would say you have one of two options realistically. Find a flash template online or just let it be known that you are not qualified to do that job. The client will appreciate you letting then know you can't do it instead of finding out later you can not.
