Can some one help me with club crest

Hi all, i dont like to ask but im completly useless at any thing arty, i have been asked by my son to design a club crest for both the website and shirt of his U13 football (soccer) team. If possible can someone help me with this, the team name is Gary Bell Soccer and we play in a navy shirt so it would have to show up on this, they asked for a lion roaring in the design with the words "play without fear" incorporated somewhere, i have no idea what to do with this. If someone could help it would make my son a very happy little boy.

As an idea, I would say a little boy roaring at a timid lion.

I'd draw this, but I barely have the time for anything lately.
