    multiple speed animations

Is there a way to have multipe speed animatons on one project
    in Animation Shop 3?
I have a background animation that I want very slow, one
should be a medium speed and the last one on fast speed.
Thank you for you time and consideration.

Someone else might correct me if I'm wrong here but I don't even think its possible to create multi-layered animations like that in a GIF. Typically your animation is limited to the single set of layers. I think for something like what you are talking about you'd need to go with a flash based solution or something more movie like.

edit: just to clarify what I believe you are asking. You want layered so it would be something like a scrolling background at one speed, with say a car animated in front of it moving more quickly, then something like a bird flying in and going spat quickly. You are talking about several layers all in one frame correct? Not separate side by side panes?

Even if it were side by side panes I'm fairly certain your animation speeds on a GIF are limited to the actual frame rate of the entire GIF. Something with speed variations like that would need to be much more advanced than a simple GIF.

    Thank you RicheemxX

Thank you. I was pretty sure that I would need a more sophiscated animation program.
I'm in a Paint Shop Pro group and am really learning many things that I never knew I could do. I think I was trying to do something I'm not quite ready for.
However, if one does not try or ask we'd never learn anything.
    Thank you again.
